- For destruction request work orders before a work order is created you must reach out to your CS manager to have them get a product locations export of the SKUs and lots(if applicable). For an cycle count request you will need to provide the SKU(s) you would like counted.
- After you have gotten the product locations file(for destruction requests) you will need to open a work order here
- Custom Work Order name should be Cycle count for Cycle counting request and Destruction request for a destruction request. Example: Cycle count. Create a Special project for this order MUST be clicked to on.
- In the instructions box the required information will be The SKUs you want counted or destroyed, the lots you want counted or destroyed. If there are certain quantities put them in the instructions as well. For a Destruction request you will upload the product locations file you receive from your CS manager, and will upload that in the next step.
- In the attachments section upload the product locations file you received from your CS manager.
- Note that if the file is not uploaded we cannot start to work on your request until we have the product locations sheet.
