Custom Work order - Barcoding
This article will detail on the necessary information needed for barcoding work orders

Custom Work Order name should be the SKU name, and end with barcoding. Example: SKU: Assembly SKU A Barcoding. Create a Special project for this order MUST be clicked to on.

In the Instructions box the required information will be the SKU, quantity and where the barcode should be placed on the product. Place any other necessary information in the instructions box. Attach any photos or other images in the attachments section that will be necessary to complete the work order timely and efficiently.

Important information to note, the barcode number in ShipHero and the barcode uploaded to the order in ShipHero MUST match

The attachments section must have the barcode attached. If you are getting the barcode from ShipHero you can download the barcode by going to Inventory, clicking Products searching the SKU in the search bar, opening the hyperlink, scrolling down to the actions table and clicking View Barcode Label. The barcode will open in a new window and should be downloaded to computer and then uploaded to the Work order

If the SKU will be changing to a different SKU there MUST be a Manual order and Purchase order. You will place the Manual order number and the Purchase order number in the instructions
