Wholesale Orders & Amazon FBA Shipments

  1. Once a wholesale order is submitted, please initiate an order notification here to include special labeling, packaging instructions and carrier documentation
  2. Any Bill of Lading (BOL) should be submitted to the corresponding warehouse:
    1. EAST Coast - uspa1@brandfoxllc.com 
    2. WEST Coast - usaz1@brandfoxllc.com

Work Orders

Our Value Added Services team oversees Work Orders which are any project or task outside of our standard pick and pack process. This team handles a wide range of products, including:


  1. Barcoding/Labeling
  2. Kitting
  3. Light Assembly
  4. Subscription Boxes
  5. Special Requests

  • All Work Orders are billed at an hourly rate unless a piece rate has been quoted. 
  • To initiate a Work Order with our Value-Added Services Team, submit a request here.
