ShipHero is integrated with Shopify's webhook to process your GDPR requests. When a customer requests to delete data according to GDPR, we automatically receive that request at support@shiphero.com.
We will receive and process your request:
- When the store owner requests the deletion of data on behalf of a customer.
- If the customer hasn't placed an order in the past six months, then Shopify sends the request 10 days after their request. Otherwise, the request will be withheld until 6 months have passed.
- Anytime a request is received.
Be aware that we will remove all customer information from ShipHero in each case.
