How to Import Orders and Products into ShipHero

The Download Orders and Download Product features allow you to pull in missing orders or SKUs from your eCommerce store.

Importing Orders

The Download Orders feature is currently available to the following stores:

  • Amazon
  • Bigcommerce
  • Etsy
  • Magento 2
  • Shopify
  • Woocommerce
  • Walmart

To import orders from stores on this list except Amazon, begin at https://app.shiphero.com and navigate to My Account > Stores > Download Orders. Enter the Order ID and click Download.

For Amazon orders, navigate to My Account > Stores > Pull/Update Order. Enter the Order ID and click Pull/Update Order.

For Shopify orders, first review the store setting Only import orders into ShipHero that have been paid for, which is found beneath the Sync Settings Shopify to ShipHero section. If this setting is enabled, any order flagged as Unpaid will not import. Also verify that the order you wish to import is not in Shopify’s Draft status, as unpublished orders will not import.

Where can I find the Order ID?

The Order ID can be found within your eCommerce store and is the number at the end of the order’s URL. For example:
